Description:
Following a notice about a new version available to download in LO64, clicking the link in Slovenian UI brings user to
https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download/?lang=sl&version=6.4.3&pk_campaign=update
instead of
https://sl.libreoffice.org/prenosi/prenesi-libreoffice/?lang=sl&version=6.4.3&pk_campaign=update
So the link properly assumes the need to download the Slovenian version of LO, but doesn't use the localized download page on the localized website.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LO6 (pre-6.4.3.2 version) with Slovenian UI
2. Click Pomoč > Preveri stanje posodobitev (Help > Check for updates)
3. Window opens with a notice of a new 6.4 build available
4. Click the Prenesi ... button (Download ...)

Actual Results:
English website opens.

Expected Results:
Slovenian website opens.
