Can not reproduce on Windows 10:
版本: 6.4.3.2 (x64)
Build ID: 747b5d0ebf89f41c860ec2a39efd7cb15b54f2d8
CPU 线程: 2; 操作系统: Windows 10.0 Build 18363; UI 渲染: GL; VCL: win;
区域语言: zh-CN (zh_CN); UI 语言: zh-CN
Calc: threaded

My exact steps:
1. Create a new empty document;
2. Type a sentence with several words;
3. Use mouse to select two words in the middle;
4. Press "Italics" button on the toolbar, the two selected words are now shown in italic font;
5. File > Save, choose "Word 2007-365 (*.docx)" format;
6. Close and restart LO, open the saved file, the italicized words are still there.

In that case it's not simply the italics button or any other formatting feature, but maybe related to some other contents or operations specific to your document.

Regardless, without reliable steps to reproduce the problem, I'm afraid there is not much we can do to help.

I followed the steps in Ming Hua's post and I had the same result.

I did this on Linux/Debian 10 with LibreOffice 6.1 , 6.4 and 7.0

Dinospao, you wrote
   "in my files i have this problem".
Does this mean that you created your files in MS Word and then opened them in LibreOffice, or the other way around?

If that's the case, which version of MS Word are you using, and which version of LibreOffice are you using?

The more I know what you were doing, including the version numbers, the more chance I have to successfully reproduce your problem. ;-)
