Description:
The size calculation of the shape in cm/inch is off after changing the DPI from 96 to 95 and back to 96

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Select the shape (2,54 x 2,54 cm/ 1 inch)
3. File -> Export -> Select PNG/JPG & check selection & press Save
4. Make a change to the resolution. Ticking it 1 up or down & back to the initial setting... Look at the size should be 2,54 cm, 25,4 mm or 1 inch. not 2,59 cm, 25,95 mm or 1,02 inch

Actual Results:
Wrong dimensions

Expected Results:
Proper dimensions

Which file? attachment 160294 [details] from bug 132654? If yes, worth it to re-test btw.
