Description Mark 2020-05-06 03:36:19 UTC
Description:
If I create a note for a cell, then filter the sheet, then the comment is still visible even when the row is not in the filtered results.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a dataset in a sheet
2. Add a comment to a cell
3. Create a filter so the row containing this cell does NOT show

Actual Results:
The comment shows over other rows, but the row itself does not show

Expected Results:
I would expect the cell comment be hidden unless the row itself was visible.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: Yes

Additional Info:
It did this in Safe and Standard Mode
