Description Telesto 2020-05-06 12:58:37 UTC
Description:
New page breaking is unexpected

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the example file
2. Go to the second page & press backspace 8x (or maybe 10?)
3. Lines jump to the previous page

4. Sample what I would expect. Created by copy/pasting the Example document to a new document (in this case with 3.5.7.2). However also fine in 4.4.7.2

Actual Results:
Splitting over pages wrong

Expected Results:
As the 3.5.7.2 document

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Situation is better after copy/paste from Example doc to new document in 5.1. However looks different compared to "How it should look" and behaves odd holding backspace

But not in

For new Writer documents only, turn on the widow/orphan settings.
This has been the default in MS Word since at least 2003.
