Description:
Jumping when deselecting by clicking next to a shape (or deleting) with the anchor somewhere else

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Zoom slightly in (top of the page invisible)
3. Select the Note
4. Click next to the note in on page.. or press delete.. scrolling up 

Actual Results:
Scrolling up

Expected Results:
No scrolling


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
