Description:
Shape is not responding to any wrap except if the anchor is set to page and positioned in a table

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Change wrap/anchor.. nothing works

Actual Results:
Nothing works as expected, except when setting anchor to page

Expected Results:
Shape results as when set to anchor to page


Reproducible: Always
