Description:
Right click context menu by clicking somewhere on the page causes jump to cursor, except if the full page is visible

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Zoom in
3. Scroll to the bottom & right click somewhere
4. Jump
5. Scroll out.. right click somewhere no jump

Actual Results:
Jump if zoomed in

Expected Results:
No jump


Reproducible: Always

Note to Telesto: Every hidden duplicate is a senseless effort for the QA team. The time of every volunteer is limited and it's a real pity if it's wasted with bug reports that are bad-reported/duplicates/worksformes whatsoever. I assume there are many of such bug reports in your 857 open bugs today, sleeping and waiting for the effort of the volunteers to be found.
