Looks to be a dupe of bug 125516, means the blacklist for the driver is not correct.

The Intel GPU driver is dated, work with your vendors sight--or you may have to force use of Intel's ICH packaging.

Update your Intel ICH driver to current 26.20.100.7985

In addition to what V Stuart indicated, could you give a try at https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps ?

Also, you can upgrade to 6.4.3

V Stuart: any idea why "6.3.6" isn't proposed on Version field of Bugzilla?

sorry s/sight/site

And the Intel model drivers are available for download here, current is actually Version: 27.20.100.8187 (Latest):

Xisco, or Cloph, needs to tweak the BZ instance; the crash report shows the build is 6.3.6.2 release.

Kath, the NEEDINFO is to you.

Please copy the details from the menu Help -> About dialog.

Also, could you run the msinfo32.exe command, and copy out the panel content from the Components -> Display stanza.

And, let us know later if doing a driver update gets you clear of your crash when OpenGL rendering is enabled (you may need to reenable it from Tools -> Options dialog's View panel each test, if the Blacklist action is completed).
