Description:
UI: No Chart Area Color set by default in Writer/Impress However it does in Calc  

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. insert a chart
3. Edit - Chart -> Format Chart Area -> Notice -> Area being set to none

4. Put some numbers in Calc
5. Select them & click insert chart
6. Edit - Chart -> Format Chart Area -> Notice -> Area being set to white

Actual Results:
Transparent

Expected Results:
White; or at least consistent.. 


Reproducible: Always

Don't see need for this. Without a background color you would see the grid lines in Calc, using white might interfere with the background in Writer if the page is not white (okay, unlikely but why should be bother at all?).
