Description:
Add a border on a cell, select another cell, click on border icon, we need to select again the border, it is not the last selected border.

No problem with Excel...

Steps to Reproduce:
Add a border on a cell, select another cell, click on border icon, we need to select again the border, it is not the last selected border.

No problem with Excel...

Actual Results:
We need to choice again the border

Expected Results:
Select a new time the border


Reproducible: Always

This can easily be reproduced. As there is a Reset button which resets all the options to default it would make sense to "remember" the last settings used.

Looks to me the same as Bug 58349.

Please also consider table styles (Format > Autoformat Styles...).
