Description:
Nested table in merged table doesn't split

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Look at table 2. In cell A1 (left cell).. Add rows by holding tab.. type into it.. everything will go off page

Actual Results:
Table doesn't split.

Expected Results:
Probably should
