Description:
shape inserted always has a fill color.. not able to set it none (for number of shapes)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Draw
2. Open the shapes sidebar
3. Draw a shape.. it has a fill color.. but i don't want fill color.. I want. a hatch/ no area fill.
4. Not possible on insertion.. 

Actual Results:
Number of settings are not available on insertion 

Expected Results:
Should be?

Comments from Bug 132880 are relevant here too: You can either change the associated style, or set area settings when no shape is selected.
