CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19045; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win

I followed steps in Comment 0. After Step 6, nothing happened.

I am hitting an assert in my local macOS Sonoma build. Not sure if you are hitting the same assert with downloaded build.
