Description:
Table doesn't split properly, if allow table to split across pages and columns disabled for embedded table

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Press Enter 5 or 6 times above the table.. see what happens

Actual Results:
To the doesn't move to the next page.. 

Expected Results:
Should happen
