Description:
Enabling Allow table to split across pages and columns for an embedded table takes no effect (only after removing a line)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Right click the embedded table -> Table properties -> Check Allow table to split across pages and columns & press OK
3. Nothing happens..
4. Remove a paragraph above the table by hitting backspace & press Enter -> working

Actual Results:
No effect after pressing OK

Expected Results:
Should respond
