Description:
Anchor changes from to character to paragraph after undo save and reload

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file -> Check the anchor
2. CTRL+A
3. Backspace/ CTRL+X
4. CTRL+Z
5. Save and reload

Actual Results:
Anchor to paragraph

Expected Results:
Anchor to character


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

I get crash upon save in the majority of commits in Linux 44max and at the start of 50max. Telesto: if you can bibisect, would be great.

Bug is gone in LO Version: 7.2.1.0.0+ (5d6a91b8ea40ec79c746e5c1d486be6e25a2856d) / Ubuntu.
