Description:
The Libreoffice website does not have:
1) A link to bugs.documentfoundation.org
2) A way to report problems with the website

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to libreoffice.org
2. Look for links at the top or bottom of the webpage and on the contact page

Actual Results:
Expected functionality does not exist

Expected Results:
Expected to find links to the bug reporting tool (for LibreOffice) and to report website problems (for no website is perfect even if us web developers think other wise)
