Description Nancy 2020-05-14 21:20:54 UTC
Description:
I'm a writer and have for some time put up with the cursor in you software jumping everywhere, while I'm working. How do I fix this? I've tried a Microsoft fix but that doesn't work. This is aggravating.

Also when I open my files it seems to take along time for them to open. Many times thirty seconds at least. What is the issue?

Actual Results:
Please fix the problem.

Expected Results:
I want the cursor to stop jumping when i work, and I want my file to load quicker. Your sever seems slow to react to my computer.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
I should have been able to fix this problem with a Microsoft fix. The cursor when I writes should be stable, and not jump like it does.

Nancy, thank you for reporting the bug. It seems you're using an old version of LibreOffice. Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ? I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version. Change to RESOLVED WORKSFORME, if the problem went away.
