Description:
Formatting toolbar (font/fontsize) not functioning for Multi line formatting Text box

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Enter the textbox.. Select a font & and fontsize and start typing.. 

Actual Results:
Not the font/font size as expected (font/fontsize is set on a different position

Expected Results:
Should be set inside the form text box


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

It's not a text box but a from. You can change the font via context menu or via control properties after switching Form > Design Mode on.
