Description:
Export image as for Chart doesn't use the export compress window

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file 131664
2. Right Click the chart -> Export image as
3. Choose a filename & save...
4. Select the chart -> File -> Export -> Selection -> Select PNG and save (dialog

Observation 2: Click the chart -> Export image as has for more options compared to File -> Export

Actual Results:
No export/ compression dialog

Expected Results:
Should be so

Would rather drop the compression step since this one breaks the usual workflow. But for what it's worth, let's have the both procedures being the same.
