Description:
Line width dialog uses big steps 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Select the shape
3. Place the cursor in the line width dialog (bar above)
4. Press up.. look at the steps

Actual Results:
steps get larger

Expected Results:
Small steps of increasing & possible to get to 0,20 cm


Reproducible: Always
