Double main menu in LO Writer

If the Writer is started with no documents, there is only one main menu.
Now, if a document opened, the main menu is displayed twice (please see the enclosed screenshot). Both menus work, but the lower one behaves like in case when a document is opened in read-only mode.

Probably it has something in common with the print preview. Every consecutive preview use (File/Print Preview) causes that an additional menu is displayed (thrid one in this case).

Problem doesn't occur if a document is opened by clicking it in the file manager (in case of Ubuntu it is Caja).

Linux Ubuntu 20.04, MATE desktop, vanilla Libre Office 6.4.2.2 from Ubuntu distribution.

Hi, I can't confirm your bug, but also I had problems with LibreOffice from Ubuntu 20.04 repository. What I have done: I have installed LibreOffice with .deb packages and also some AppImages of LibreOffice. So, I avoided that version. I even uninstalled.

Please see if duplicate of bug Bug 128491 - and test with proposals there.

Or duplicate of bug 126870.
Rule of thumb- search before reporting.

Turning off the Language Tool does the trick.
Setting SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gen soffice also does.

So this is probably the same as Bug 128491.
