Description:
FILEOPEN ODS: 6 seconds with 6.0, 60 seconds or more with 7.0

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download attachment 145214 [details] (bug 120154 and bug 121386)
2. Extract and open Report.ods

Actual Results:
60 seconds or more to open

Expected Results:
6 seconds with with 6.0.6


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Found the cause.. but not clear why and how.. it's not the file opening..
