Description:
this document has been used since 2009.
also failed in read-only mode.  as .doc and .rtf.

this includes a fresh install, complete purge of libreoffice from registry and removal of libreoffice from AppData and Program Files
Happens in native and VMWare Workstation


Steps to Reproduce:
1.open the file (in file explorer or as open in libreoffice

Actual Results:
sinmple opening of the document

Expected Results:
will not open


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No



Additional Info:
I did open document in Kubuntu 20.10 6.4.3.2 (via automatic ubuntu dpkg).  I changed to toolbar to grouped toolbarcompact.  saved it and then opened it in Win10.  That did not fix the issue.

Could you give a try to https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps then give a try to 6.4.3.
Indeed 6.3 branch will be soon EOL.
