Description:
13 pages in a sheet (*.xlsx)(manual breaks), export as pdf file, one page missing (page 6)

Steps to Reproduce:
1.File-Export as pdf
2.any options (all - pages - selection)
3.Export and save

Actual Results:
a pdf file with one missing page 

Expected Results:
a pdf file with all pages


Reproducible: Always

A selection of page 6 (10 lines) exported as pdf will give the expected result (one page, the one otherwise missing)

Please test with a clean profile Menu/Help/Restar in Safe Mode.

reset all the manual breaks in the sheet of the original file and it works

There is an option in Menu/Tools/Options/LibreOffice Calc/Print - Always apply manual breaks, that can matter in this case.
