Applying padding to one or more sides of an image distorts or shrinks that image.

Expected results:
Applying padding to one or more sides of an image adds space outside the image (that is content to be padded) and does not distorts or shrinks that image.

Steps to Reproduce:
Apply padding to an image inserted in a document.

Actual Results:
Applying padding to one or more sides of an image distorts or shrinks that image.
