Do you see any errors pointing to missing image files in the browser console? The icons should appear fine, I've noticed only very few times that they didn't load at first, and in those cases closing and reopening the session solved the issue.

Collabora / no icons in toolbar

In the upper toolbar some icons are visible but most of them are not, for example the B in the bold Icon is not visible. In the sitebar the B in bold is visible.

I don't see any error's in the firefox trace.

Strange. You seem to have package 'code-brand' installed (which it should be), can you check first with it removed, then again with it reinstalled?
Comment 5 Edwin Hop 2020-06-02 12:19:52 UTC
I did removed and installed it. Also installed it on a different server(ubuntu 18.04), all with the same result.

in my report there are logs and a workaround

It's reproduceable and if more needed (logs, debug-output) let me know ...
Comment 8 Andras Timar 2020-06-12 07:14:17 UTC
Fixed in CODE 4.2.4 (released yesterday).
Only CODE-brand rpm package was affected.
