Description:
Deleting a column with tracking changes enabled slow

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Enable tracking changes
3. Delete column D
4. Delete column E (Ref error column) -> Slow

Actual Results:
Slow takes 40 seconds or so

Expected Results:
Instantaneous 


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

otherwise exists a unique clipboard (UNO service).
