Hi, 
have installed LO 7 B in parallel with LO .4

In the Start Menue of W 10, version 2040 (May Update)
NO ENtriues of the developere version are created on the start menue.

Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ?
I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version.

HI,

I deinstalled latest LO ver. 7.02 x64

i additionaly found some residiues from old installations
( ver 6.x.y.z ) and deinstalled them too

everything woks fine for me,

the original symptom "can not start firefox by missing ?.dll!
did NOT come on
