Description:
slow open of the libre office home page or a file(writer for example) in wifi connected, no internet access

Steps to Reproduce:
1.wifi connected, no internet access
2.open a writer file or libre office home page
3.it opens very slowly

Actual Results:
it opens very slowly

Expected Results:
normal speed


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Are you saying essentially that LibreOffice is slow in all scenarios? Can you please clarify what you mean by this statement?

on if i'm connected to wifi but i dont't have internet access. I discover that when i experienced internet problems. i testing it in 6.4.4. too and was ok this version.

Thank you for reporting the bug. To be certain the reported issue is not related to corruption in the user profile, could you please reset your Libreoffice profile ( https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile ) and re-test?

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present
