MS Excel, WPS Spreadsheets, FreeOffice PlanMaker all their tabbed interface have Formula tab while Calc now show some Formula related commands in the Tools tab. My suggestion is to move them to a new dedicated Formula tab. Hopefully we have some nice grouped Functions also. Otherwise we may use basic function list  like in the Calc sidebar.
