Description OldSurferDude 2020-06-04 02:21:25 UTC
Description:
On the page https://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/feedback/ are the big words "File an enhancement request". Clicking on takes one to bug reporting.

I'd like to request an enhancement. With a macro, I want to read in a [csv] data log into a specific area on a sheet and sort it. There, my extensive array of calculations will all allow me to analyze my ever changing data.

But where do I make this request?

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to https://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/feedback/
2.click on "File an enhancement request"
3.

Actual Results:
bug reporting tool

Expected Results:
enhancement request tool

Reproducible: Always

Thanks for creating this bug report, OldSurferDude.

To make an enhancement, you need to make a bug report specifying the enhancement you have in mind, and then appropriately set the "
Importance" field of the bug to "enhancement".

See https://ask.libreoffice.org/en/question/157467/how-to-file-an-enhancement-request/ and https://ask.libreoffice.org/en/question/81876/where-to-place-an-enhancement-request/.

I have set the status of this bug to "RESOLVED NOTABUG."

Thanks, Ian,

I'll file two enhancement requests, then. The second being that the website be more informative about how to make enhancements ;)
