I could imagine the components of the LO-suite all have different theme colors... Perhaps it would be a nice option in 7.0

see also bug 125433 for Windows  and other requests for per-module color schemes. Balanced against the need to do this natively by os/DE with Client Side Windows decorations bug 113388

NOT going to happne for 7.0 release in any case.
