Description:
Large file when saving from CSV file to XLSX or ODS

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached CSV
2. Save as ODS or XLSX -> File around 23 MB

Actual Results:
File around 23 MB

Expected Results:
3,9 MB


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

1. Open attachment 161734 [details]
2. File save as CSV
3. Save cell formula's instead of calculated value's checked (not sure if it matters, didn't check)
4. File reload
5. Save as ods
6. Compare size source ods with the newly saved file

The size is the same, 3 MB for me after step 5. Am I missing something?

The CSV in your zip file is like 45 MB.

They comparison file is at least not right.. no memory what I was doing back then
