Description: When you want to change the case in Libre Office writer using the change case function under format selecting upper or lower case does nothing. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open a document containing case text. For example the docx in the screenshot. 2. Highlight the all caps text 3.try to change case. Actual Results: I highlighted several rows of text, but only some rows in the middle actually change case. The first and last sentences refuse to change no matter what. Expected Results: All text should go from title case, sentence case, all caps whatever... Selection of several will also as a block. Likewise all selected will complete the transliteration cycle of the <Shift>+F3 'Cycle case', or Format -> Text menu entry.
