Open Tools-Options-LibreOffice-Security-Certificate Path-Certificate.. and click Help. It opens general help. I guess it should open something specific. Easiest is to open parent Security help, but that's slim and maybe better https://help.libreoffice.org/7.1/en-US/text/shared/01/digitalsignatures.html from bug 125636. Note: Help on Security opens correct https://help.libreoffice.org/7.1/en-US/text/shared/optionen/01030300.html Available on Linux, not Windows.
Similar to bug 134169 Reproduced in Version: 7.1.0.0.alpha0+ Build ID: 00be56d9db396d284f66ab723d6fbb898b888dfb CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 4.19; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3 Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI: en-US Calc: threaded
The whole topic of digital signatures deserve a full review in the user interface and consequently in the Help. Too much details scattered in the UI (macro security, digital signature, certificates, X509, gpg, pgp, windows crypto... you name it...)

Opens https://help.libreoffice.org/7.1/en-US/text/shared/05/err_html.html which says: Could not find Help page (404). I guess it means a new page should be written. Not sure about it, I thought an existing one could be used.
