Description:
Crash swlo!SwFrame::IsLeaveUpperAllowed+5fbb

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 161893 [details]
2. CTRL+A
3. CTRL+C
4. CTRL+N
5. CTRL+SHIFT+V -> RTF paste - takes a while 
6. Go the second page with table. Click the first cell resort & delete the table in the toolbar (or context menu)
7. CTRL+Z -> Crash

Or
1. open the attached file (RTF paste result)
2. CTRL+A
3. CTRL+C
4. CTRL+N
5. CTRL+V

Actual Results:
Crash

Expected Results:
No crash


Reproducible: Always
