1. Install App From store.
2. Launch the App.
3. Observe.
4. application crashes at the first launch.

Is this problem related to the ATI display driver I use?

Can you try install a newer version like 6.4 from https://libreoffice.org/download and try it?

For OP could you post text from msinfo32.exe run's Component -> Display panel. And was the ST in the bug 133993 submission meant to be here? If so, seems incomplete.
