Update index broken after using redo

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. CTRL+A
3. CTRL+C
4. CTRL+N
5. CTRL+V
6. CTRL+Z
7. CTRL+Y
8. Update index

Actual Results:
Empty index

Expected Results:
Updated index


Reproducible: Always

I confirm the behavour, but I think update index works. Look at the navigator: There are no headings so it's clear, that TOC is empty, if it takes content from outline. 

Formatting get's lost after redo, but I think you've reported that in another bug I confirmed yesterday :-)

Exactly, the only problem is losing the formatting.
