Description:
When the width of table cell borders are not set, they do not show in Impress.We have attached two pictures for Impress and MSO and the document itself.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the document attached in Impress
2.See the problem
3.

Actual Results:
No borders are shown for the first table.

Expected Results:
Borders are shown for the first table.


Reproducible: Always
