Description:
The Horizontal Ruler does not align with the formatted text below.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. You write some text in a few paragraphs.
2. Then select those paragraphs and click Numbering and the automatic numbers are added and the Left Tab and the Hanging Indent is also created.
3. You then scroll up and bring this numbered para close to the Horizontal Ruler.

Actual Results:
The text below and the Tab & the Indent should match and be seen in line but that is not happening here at all.

Expected Results:
The Ruler (with its Tabs and Indents) should align with the Text below.

User Profile Reset: No

Hello Rohit,

Thank you for reporting the bug. To be certain the reported issue is not related to corruption in the user profile, could you please reset your Libreoffice profile ( https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile ) and re-test?

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present
