Description: Page Border Shadow changes color. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create a Page Border and give it a light shadow say Grey 4. 2. Save the file and reopen it. You fix it and come back again. Actual Results: The shadow will have turned black. And once again the shadow will have turned black. Expected Results: The shadow color should not change at all.
