When I did this the "Make things happen" image jumped to bottom in both cases: once when page 2 cat is normal, the other when it's on the left. I know the text flow may change, but I'm thinking that the image is small enough to still remain on the page as text flows. In your video the image jumps outside the bottom margin. This does not happen to me. Can you re-test?
