Description:
Chart numeric precision is set at 0.01 and it causes problem for some charts

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the attachment
2.
3.

Actual Results:
Any numeric value is set at 0.01 precision

Expected Results:
Same precision as the document it imports from


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

it seems this issue is fixed in master
