Created attachment 162351 [details] test compared MSO 2016 LO 7.1+ Report is not clear. You need to say if DOCX was created in MSO (Fileopen bug) or in LO (Filesave bug). I see this DOCX is from MSO, but it looks the same in MSO and LO. So what's the bug? Why do you say "Expected Results: Text boxes should not display borders."? Of course, you should search for duplicates before every report (unless you will fix it, then QA may search :) )

If I understand you well, you are pointing to Text Boundaries, that can be turned off in View menu. They do not print. So that would be a NotABug. If you are referring to wrap inside, please *always* search for existing bugs befo reporting, there are already bugs for docx text box fileopen.
