I'll try to be as clear as possible in the description. New spreadsheet document on LibreOffice 7.0.0.1.beta1,then insert image and Shapes and text box, and Open navigator, shapes and text boxes are not recognized. These need to be named before they will show in the Drawing objects content in the Navigator. Naming can be done by right-click on the shape or text box and selecting Name... or selecting the object and using Menu > Format > Name...

But it's not very friendly for the user experience.
