Description:
Fuzzy characters in PNG with Skia Vulkan (at every zoomlevel), with Raster/ GDI on certain zoomlevels 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Launch Windows Magnifier (set it to 200 or 300%)
3. Start zooming in/out

Actual Results:
Fuzzy fonts/bad font quality depending on zoom level

Expected Results:
Sharp an crisp on every zoom level


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Dear Telesto,
Could you please try to reproduce it with a master build from http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/ ?
You can install it alongside the standard version.
I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the master build
