Description:
No input field for Filename when i want import a Textfile choose text coding yourself.  

Actual Results:
nothing

Expected Results:
input field for filename


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No



Additional Info:
there is no help and no error message, it happens nothing

Could you please give a try to a recent LO version? Last stable one is 6.4.4

I canńot try 6.4.4 because this version comes with Mint 19.3.
and former Mint 18.3 had Libreoffice 5.4

When "all Files" is selected, the normal explorer can open it.
If you want to get DOS-text files, you need the text file with options. But the explorer seems to be empty, and NO IMPUT field is available.

This problem comes with all versions of LibreOffice Mint.

Test this and you will see !

Thank you for reporting the bug. To be certain the reported issue is not related to corruption in the user profile, could you please reset your Libreoffice profile ( https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile ) and re-test?

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present
