Description:
When I enter ALT+E, the Edit menu opens, when I enter ALT+V, the View menu opens, when I enter ALT+O, the Format menu opens, but when I enter ALT+I, nothing happens.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open any spreadsheet
2. Enter ALT+I
3.

Actual Results:
Nothing happens. 

Expected Results:
The Insert menu opens and allows me to continue entering keyboard shortcuts.

Alt+I works fine here, both in 6.4.4.2 shipped in Ubuntu 20.04, and in 7.1.0.0.alpha0+ (63f3485b57904de4e77c04f5759e6563fcce6748).

Please paste the info from Help -> About here, and your distro/desktop environment as well.
